It's easy. All you have to do is fill out our ORDER form, send your design and tell us how many patches you want to order. If you don't have a design, we can help create it for you!
Q:-How can i get a quote?
Fill out a free quote, send us a picture. Our free quote is the preferred way. We accept all types of file formats; including ai, eps, jpg, pdf, doc, docx, bmp, and others.
Q:-I don’t have a design, can you help?
Yes, all you have to do is send us your ideas,scanned sketch or send us a rough drawing of what you want and we'll send you a production proof for your approval.
Q:-What is your minimum / maximum order?
We do not have a minimum or maximum order. When you order through us, we are able to make as few or as many patches as you need.
Q:-What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express), checks, money orders and purchase orders.
Q:-What is the turn around time for custom patches?
We routinely fill orders in 7 to 10 days. If you need them more faster, we will charge 10%extra.
Q:-Is there really no setup fee?
Yes! There is no setup or digitzing fees, or any type of other hidden fees.
Q:-I have an existing patch, can you duplicate it?
Yes, we can work from a scan or you can e-mail the scanned patch to us. We are able to copy the size, colors, shape and design of any patch.
Q:- What shape can my patch be?
Any shape you want. We custom manufacture our patches from scratch, so we can make them any shape, size and design.
Q:-What is the normal size for a patch?
The normal size is 3 to 3.5 inches. This size works well for most designs and most poeple.
Q:-How do I pay for my patches?
Since all patches are custom made, payment in full is required before we can process your order. You have to pay via credit card or Cash via western union |
